BLOG LAG TIEM

*Gif removed so it can not lag the blog anymore; check link below if you haven't seen it yet!*

I haven't posted gifs before so let me know if it doesn't work for you. Here's a straight link if it works better: http://www.jack-on-the-rocks.com/brennitime2.gif

Was working on this over Thanksgiving break; spent 3 days adding color only to decide I liked it better in black and white :P

  1. Wow.. o_o
    That's an awesome animation~! XD

You should so try and find someone that can make it into a flash movie. Maybe even add a theme BGM, and it'll be like an anime intro! XD
    (Don't mind my insane rambles)

Anyway! Great work you've done there. Thanks a lot for sharing it with everyone. ^^

  10. We should make a finish animation out of this! It should be like a Gaia commerical XD;;

  11. @Olivia: And you need to learn grammar and better burns.

There are a lot of angry Gaians who would agree with me.

  12. Oh, so Reapersun has to work 365 days a year at Gaia-related-projects? She did this little animation for fun, dude.
Even if it's a wonderful job, it _is_ a job. People don't usually like to bring work to home. Don't forget the artists have a life outside Gaia.

If you are so angry because your pixels aren't working properly, you should back off from the interwebz. XDDD
(And, damn it, Case of Pietro evolved just two weeks ago. Please, have a little pacience.)

Now, back to the post: Reapersun, you're awesome ;w; I loved this little animation - it's so cheerful and detailed. It fits well with any upbeat song... I can't stop looking at it XD Great work, really!

  16. Hey guys, please keep the SF comments in the SF; this blog is a community of artists who work at Gaia, but is not part of Gaia, which means I don't need to put up with it here. If you have serious problems with how I spend my personal and vacation time, then go start a thread about it.

The rest of you guys are awesome, though. Thanks for the comments!

  17. You know, I was defending you, but deleting comments is just plain childish.

Even if it is a blog about Gaia artists, you still represent Gaia.

    And nobody reads the SF.

  20. Deleting comments on a *personal* blog NOT run by Gaia...well, what's wrong with that? If I had stupid comments on my blog I'd delete them. It's as simple as that.

awesome animation! I like how the scene closes with a clothing of some dude's muscular 8 pack. XD

    it's really cute.

  21. @ Shandi: In my defense, I thought I could restore that, lol. Still not so savvy with the blogspot. If it bothers you guys I'll leave them up in the future, but the point is NOT to incite more argument. The point of the blog is to have stupid fun, guys! Not to promote a negative vibe and make posting a minefield.

And believe me, we DO read the SF. But we do it with certain professional armors up, to keep things at arm's length and prevent kneejerking (such as deleting unsavory comments D: ). And I don't really want to bring that distant mindset to this blog or other personal sites, since the intention is more casual communication. I honestly don't think that's so outrageous D:

Hm, and I don't think there is any way to post seriously and not be total troll bait, soooo party on, doodz.
