Hi There!
I get to post here now. 8D So exciting!
For those who don't know me yet - hello! I work on a lot of CI illustrations and items, but I've been doing so remotely. I was recently hired at Gaia HQ and I'm so flattered and excited to join this extremely talented team. ^__^
I usually post the artwork I do on my journal, so this might be a bit redundant. But I do have this full picture of the Ringmaster that I've never posted anywhere, so perhaps this is a good place to put it.
Some of you guys have pointed out that only his head is visible, but in fact without facepaint I don't think even his face is visible! That would be kind of freaky too though, don't you think? Just eyes and his cheshire-like grin. It's kind of funny for me to imagine him putting on makeup.
There was also a period where I was having trouble deciding what colors I should make him, and I went through these possibilities.
I was extremely attracted to the vintage-y feel that I got with the yellow-tinted whites in the gold version, but the pink touches added a lot of whimsy that I liked too. After some feedback from the rest of the artists though, I obviously settled on the gold version. His item set would be more versatile that way too! Win/Win, right?

Concepts work
The bunnies are a modification of superphi's cute rabbit that never got used.
Crossbon did the pixeling for the final items, Pepper-tea did the promo arts, and Reapersun did the concept of the color variations on the cats, and also she drew the rest of the dogs.
And the Collie was based from my dog T w T She was truly wonderful... (but drooled too much)
R.I.P. Chelsy...

I didn't draw this!!
But I dunno where else to post it!!
So a few weeks ago at Fanime one of the guests was Mamoru Yokota; he was the animation director of Death Note among other awesomeness. A pretty versatile guy, and super nice!
I didn't go see him at his panel but as I was hanging around my artist table, I heard from Derlaine and Ethe that he had set up at a table in the back and was selling prints! I was like lolkaydowant and went over to check it out... And he was doing sketch commissions!?!!?! I hung around and watched for awhile with Ethe and then we got ballsy and decided to ask for something! Ethe totally bailed like a wussface but I got to see him draw BRENNIIIIII about fifteen minutes before they closed :OOOOOOO
He didn't speak English and I wasn't able to ask his translator if it's okay to post these, but I think it's alright since I'm posting them pretty low res. If you're ever at Gaia HQ for any reason (escorted by staff hopefully @-@) peek into my cube to see the full glorious versions on my wall!!
He made him so classic bishouuuuuunen and handsome <3 Since it was on a whim, the only ref I had on hand was the print from the Gaia artist cards, with an alternate outfit.
He even did a practice sketch before he started which looks awesome @w@ I had one of the other prints I bought behind it when I took this photo lol. I also wrote out the words for his neck tat on it when he asked what it said but I dunno if it was helpful D:
It was crazy amazing watching him draw these; his work was so confident and precise! I've doodled in ink before and I'm always like lolblah :P
Thank you Yokota-san!!

Perfect Tragedy Artzzz
Some of my stuffs from Perfect Tragedy @o@
William, along with ganked Shakespeare reference.
Butterfly; every part of her design was borrowed from PRlSM and Milkbun's awesome items; I don't think I did them justice ;_;
Scene 2~
Scene 6~I hate fire
Encore/victory scene; I cheated so hard on the background. The crappy roses are blurred more in the final too.
P.S. The design for the "manly" collar of power falls squarely on ethe, so you guys just do not even start >:O

Perfect Tragedy
Hope you guys enjoy the progress shots!
Here are some paintovers I did of Reapersun's William design when we were concepting his in-story look. (Reapersun wrote the notes) Reapersun says she likes the business suitey one because it looks "Lelouchy" lol. Thought you guys would enjoy that Code Geass shoutout :p
